Safe Period is a set of free menstrual-cycle tools and educational content in Chinese, English, Spanish and Portuguese. Our starting point is simple: honest, verifiable information to help you understand your own cycle.
Three commitments: ① every calculation runs locally in your browser — health data is never uploaded; ② health content cites authoritative references (WHO/ACOG/CDC) and is editorially reviewed as health education, not medical advice (it will be upgraded to named-clinician review if and when one is secured); ③ where a method is unreliable (like calendar-based "safe days"), we say so plainly, failure rates included.
The site is run by a small independent team, funded by on-page ads and affiliate links (see our advertising policy). We do not sell user data and do not accept sponsorships that influence editorial conclusions.
